As all twitter users have noticed their are no analytics from twitter other than your friend/follow list.

To my knowledge there is no way to get stats for who has viewed your twitter page.You can only get stats of followers.

Because Twitter do not allow users to physically edit the html of their pages, it is not possible to install a tacking code onto a Twitter page.
